Hi, I am Kim Houseman. I have been with Compass Insurance Partners for nearly 3 years, and been a licensed Customer Service Representative for five years, having been with the Roger Schuldt Agency until they sold to Compass in 2017. My primary focus is serving our personal lines customers with everything from their home and auto insurance needs to more specialty options like collector vehicles.

I grew up in Watseka, and now live in Clifton with my husband Erik where we raised our daughter. We are currently empty nesters as she just graduated from college this past spring.

Prior to becoming a licensed CSR, I spent nearly 20 years in the salon/spa industry. In my former career, I learned the importance of listening which helps me to determine the insurance needs of our customers and help guide them to the right products to meet those needs.

Outside of work, you are likely to find me in my flower garden, in my kitchen, or lost in a good book.
